Valdegovía Services Society is holding an auction: 1st April

On April 1st between 11am and 1pm, Valdegovía Services Society will open its doors to auction off all the building materials that have accumulated in its storehouses over the years.



AUCTION DETAILS

Given that the construction service has closed down, Valdegovía Services Society has decided to hold an auction in its warehouses of all the materials that it has accumulated through its work over the years. The items up for auction include: construction vehicles, machinery, furnishing, tools, stones, construction waste…



The auction will be split into two parts:



1.-Auction of a list of items with reserve prices.

Individuals, or public or private enterprises that wish to take part in this stage of the auction (bid for an item belonging to the Society) should use the prepared pamphlets. These pamphlets should be filled in with personal details (i.e. name, both surnames, email, contact telephone number, email) and the bidding price for the articles of interest.

Once the various offers have been collected, interested parties will be informed so that they might collect their purchases. If various offers are made for one item, it will be sold to the highest bidder.

In order to keep the auction fair, items will be sold only to the highest bidder. If the highest bid is withdrawn, the item will also be withdrawm from the auction instead of being sold to a lower bidder.

Items will be given to the winners once they have been paid for in full.



2.-Bidding process for items without reserve prices

Unsold items from the auction list will be displayed in the warehouse the day of the auction and can also be bought in the bidding process, if the parties are able to come to an agreement on the price.



At this stage, interested parties need only make a bid for the relevant article(s). Bids may be made in writing the day of the auction or during previous days. Bids will be considered by society directors, who will subsequently make the final decision

NOTE: All bids will be subject to 18% VAT upon payment for the items.
