• Opening in the Cosecha de la Sal with a three star Michelin chef, Eneko Atxa. Organised by the Salt Valley Añana Foundation
• Guided tour of the Botanical Gardens in Santa Catalina with infusions and herbal tea tasting with homemade Salcedo pastas.
• Guided tour of the VGnoster brewery and tasting session of their beers
• Guided tour of the Salt Valley in Añana and salt tasting session with Slow Food Araba.
